We are happy you've chosen to add on to your heirloom necklace or bracelet and can't wait to get started in assisting you! Take a minute to fill out the order form following each step outlined here to ensure this process is easy and quick.

How It Works
Once your order comes through, we will send a Shipping Kit your way, within about a week's time, that includes all of the materials and instructions you need to safely send your existing piece back to us. View step-by-step instructions on the contents and how to package your piece for safe return to us!
The entire Add-a-Charm process can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks depending on the product or alterations ordered.
