Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey is a small-batch whiskey made from 100% malted barley. It is aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of three years. The whiskey has a smooth, mellow flavor with notes of caramel, toffee, and oak. It is bottled at 80 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
