Old Henry Clay Rye is a premium rye whiskey produced by the Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is made from a mash of 51% rye, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley. It is aged for at least four years in charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey has a spicy, sweet flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
