The past couple of years have been difficult for so many people, myself included. 

What keeps me going is continuing to input high-frequency information and energy into my senses. Whether it's reading an inspiration book, podcast or talking to someone I know will lift me up. 

In order for us to heal and move forward, first, we must accept the present moment as it is. Only then will we be able to receive abundance and more Harmony 🌈 into our lives.

Positivity will not work if we have not healed the inner trauma surrounding past experiences. We must believe and know we are better and healed to truly break cycles. Otherwise, we will continue to repeat history.
