When I make my jewelry, I save every bit of scrap silver, ends of wire, mess ups or things I just don't like!  When the bag of scrap silver is large enough, melt it down in small batches and pour it over different things to get interesting shapes.  These earrings were formed by letting small drops of melted silver drop into water.  Sterling silver
